I would greatly appreciate if you could assist me and my
doctor in any of the following:
- Research on My Case: I am open to using my case for research purposes and think it might be particularly useful for anyone studying
the connection between flats fits and KC and/or diet and KC.
- Research on Flat Fits: My doctor has been trying to interest various medical schools in performing a formal study on flat fits
for years. Please contact me if you would be interest in conducting such a study.
- Publish a Journal Article: My doctor first published an article on my small improvement in 1998. However, my case has far surpassed this initial improvement. He
has an unpublished follow-up article that no one has agreed to publish. It would
be a great service to KC patients if his article would be published and techniques used by other doctors.
- Unpublished Book: This does not pertain to KC, but my doctor also has an unpublished book on sports vision. He has approximately ten patients that went on to become professional athletes currently touring. The book does include a chapter discussing KC.
